InPower: NextLevel

Registration is only available to those who attended InPower 1.0.  Please contact Shay McCorkle (smccorkle@lake.k12.il.us) or Jennifer Ochsner (jochsner@lake.k12.il.us) to register.  The Next Level sessions of the InPower Program series promises to be an exceptional journey tailored to unlock and elevate your authentic feminine power. Designed to strengthen the personalized coach development experience, it aims to facilitate transformational growth, equipping participants with the essential tools to cultivate coaching competencies, mindsets and impactful leadership practices. Through a combination of tailored guidance and experiential learning, participants will embark on a profound exploration of their inherent strengths and capabilities, empowering them to unleash their full potential as leaders, continue to build their network and support their personal and professional growth.   The sessions will focus on continuing to strengthen:

• Confidence and Courage
• Integrity and Inclusivity
• Passion and Purpose
