Coaches Network 2024 - 2025

Coaches talked, we listened.  Join us for an expanded Lake County Coaches Network for the 24/25 school year.  Our sessions will continue to provide timely and action-oriented professional learning for instructional coaches throughout Illinois, but our work will also expand to more content-based, behavioral/SEL, and technology coaching. Meet five times a year for a full day of learning, sharing, and networking to explore topics tailored to your needs as a coach.  Each session provides opportunities to hear from a variety of districts, coaches, and professionals that support coaching programs. After a morning of learning, participants will return from lunch for more specific, small-group discussions tailored to the needs of the coaches. Networking is key and this new expanded format will provide coaches with the time to meet and discuss the sticky points they have with a team of thought partners.
